Resolved Question: Was last Saturday's SNL
The sketch, which Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake have done on the show before, kind of pokes fun at Robin Gibb, implying that he was not very bright. But, out of respect for the fact that he's now dead from cancer, I think they should have given it a rest.
Apparently, though, the Gibb family does not object to this sketch, since the real Barry Gibb showed up at the end of the sketch.
Still, though, am I the only one who thought it was in poor taste to continue it after Robin Gibb's death?

Resolved Question: Happy Birthday Barry
Happy 65th Barry, I've rarely if ever seen them mentioned in this forum, so here goes..
Along with his brothers Maurice and Robin, he was a member of one of the most successful vocal groups in rock n' roll history. Barry was best known for his signature high pitched falsetto vocals.
Apart from The Bee Gees, he's written and produced numerous hits for Barbara Streisand ("Woman in Love", "Guilty", "What Kind of Fool"), Diana Ross ("Chain Reaction"), Frankie Valli ("Grease"), Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers ("Islands in the Stream").
My favorite peiod of The Bee Gees was that of the late 60's. From this period, came many well crafted hamony rich songs including my favorite, "New York Mining Disaster 1941".
MQ: Favorite Bee Gees songs?
MQ2: Any thoughts to share about Barry and The Brothers Gibb?

Resolved Question: Does Barry Gibb really
Just curious because I was laughing at the SNL skit "The Barry Gibb Talkshow" the other day, and it made me wonder if he's really anything like that.
