Resolved Question: Did you have a favorite
The one I remember best was "From Here to Eternity," but he starred in many others during his long life and career. He died Sunday at age 95. I never saw "Marty," but heard good things about it. I also remember him in the TV series and movie, "McHale's Navy." He had a pretty good range of acting talent, playing heavies as well as good guys and even doing well in comedy. Most of today's actors would be hard-pressed to show as much talent as Ernie had. Jose, go to your room.
