Open Question: Why did F. Murray Abraham
F. Murray Abraham
In 'The Grand Budapest Hotel', the narrator is Old Zero Moustafa. He tells about his story when he was young with Gustave, but he was darker skinned. When the author/writer meets with him in the beginning and end of the film, he's white.
I don't understand why there is not a skin match?

Open Question: In 13 Ghosts, why does Dennis
I like this film so much. Scary as hell. But this part confuses me. So, Bobby and Kat go missing. Kalina and Maggy go together. Arthur and Dennis use a glass panel with the containment spell to navigate safely inside the glass house. Later on, the Hammer is released. Dennis pushes Arthur behind the glass panel and the former is left unprotected. Then, the Hammer assaults Dennis, and as the Juggernaut is released, the psychic eventually dies.
I've got hunches. First, I guess Arthur and Dennis can't fit together at the corner, so only one can stay safe behind the glass panel. Another, Dennis wanna die heroic, and making some sort of sacrifice. Or third, he feels bad about what he did about catching Arthur's wife Jean as a power source to the Basileus's Machine.
Thanks for upcoming answers!

Resolved Question: Looking for a movie
Alright, so I've been trying to track down a movie for years and have had absolutely zero luck, maybe someone will remember it.
Probably ten to fifteen years ago, we saw a movie on we believe Sci-Fi, it was a horror/thriller type about wishes gone wrong.
No idea what they called it in the movie, but there was a djinn with severe light sensitivity who was carried around in a black birdcage covered with a veil, who would grant wishes in exchange for companionship. Of course, every single wish granted went terribly awry, ending in the companion seeking to pawn the djinn off on someone else.
Please tell me 'someone' remembers this movie! Edit: It was not the gate 2, though that was a good guess. There was a demon in a birdcage in it.
If we recall right, the movie starts out with this guy being given the wish granter by someone he trusts, then most of the movie focuses on his wishes and how they ruin his life, then he has to pass it off to someone else at the end.

Resolved Question: Tilda Swinton, Harvey
Ralph Fiennes, Jude Law, Saoirse Ronan, Jeff Goldblum, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson and Jason Schwartzman, Edward Norton, Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, Tilda Swinton, Harvey Keitel, Mathieu Amalric, and F. Murray Abraham.
Wow. I don't know who Mathieu Amalric is, but F. Murray Abraham was amazing in Amadeus, so he's a welcome addition. And maybe Harvey Keitel can actually have a good role this time.
BQ: How do you feel about the cast for "The Wolf of Wall Street"? It's really odd to me, filled with underrated actors, and rising stars. And three directors (Jon Favreau, Rob Reiner, and Spike Jonze)
