Resolved Question: Franco Zeffirelli's Romeo
I just finished watching the "nude scene" (to put it simply) in Franco Zeffirelli's version of "Romeo and Juliet" (1968). It was a stupid thought, but I was curious if it was actually her (Olivia Hussey) who played Juliet in that scene. I went to ask my teacher and she said she is pretty sure that a double was used considering at the time Hussey was only 15 years old; although she was not 100% sure and told me I should look it up and that she was also interested in finding that out. I tried looking it up online but I couldn't find anything about a double being used (I also didn't find anything saying a double wasn't used). Again, it's a stupid thought but no matter what I try to look up, I can't find anything on this. Does anyone know if a double was used in that scene or not?

Resolved Question: What is Franco
I have looked every where to find this information. I have been up all night, and I have watched the movie twice. It seems that Zeffirelli was portraying the Catholic church as greedy, pompous, and self-absorbed. It doesn't make sense that he, a Catholic himself, would prtray his own religion in such a negative light. I don't know what possessed my professor to ask a question like this when the information regarding this subject is only mentioned in passing. If there is anyone out there who has seen this movie, can you let me know what you think?
