Resolved Question: Trying to Find This
I'm looking for this movie about an elderly woman looking for a town no one has heard of and she goes off in search of it. All I remember is that she was persistent in finding it for some reason, and that she snuck off to go searching for it. Then she does find it and she found out her friend I think passed away a few years ago. I remember seeing this years ago and it just came back to me, but I forgot the title.

He was run out of his home town for some mishap with his well off girlfriend but they're still interested in each other. In the end, the old actress gets a big break and leaves him, a bunch of guys from town try to attack the young guy for whatever he did to the girl, but his sweet heart helps him. I saw it on TCM and I can't for the life of me remember anything about who directed or starred in it. Please help!
