  Light-hearted entertainer
A reboot of the 60’s spy series popularised by television, this Guy Ritchie film trades on old-fashioned sexiness and fading nostalgia to power it. The Man From U.N.C.L.E. is a Cold War light-weight mocktail that has the USA and USSR, the two warring ...

All in all, Guy Ritchie has had a pretty good 2009. He had a blast making his big-budget thriller "Sherlock Holmes," stayed focused on his work — and avoided coverage of the fallout from his split with Madonna.

  Resolved Question: Quentin Tarantino, Guy
I'm looking for some new movies to watch, some examples of what I like: (new as in movies I haven't seen yet, I don't care how old they are) Pulp Fiction (Any movie by Quentin Tarantino actually) Snatch Lock, Stock and Two Smoking barrels Walk Hard the Dewey Cox Story Fear and Loathing Confessions of a Dangerous Mind Momento Natural Born Killers The Usual Suspects Leon: The Professional I like crime/thriller type movies mostly, but some of the ones I mentioned can be hard to be put into a specific genre (I think). I guess I like movies that are bloody and show a lot of violence, but I like when they are a bit complicated or mess with your head (but not so much as in Shutter Island or Inception) and I also like when there is some comedy. I've seen movies such as Casino, Goodfellas, Scarface, A Bronx Tale, Once Upon A Time In America, Heat and Carlito's Way. These are also the sorts of movies I'm talking about.
