But I just asked this question a couple days ago and two answerers said Hu Jintao is still in charge until March? But all the news sources say immediately Xi Jigping is now in charge..?

"Hu will step down as President in March 2012 but will still hold on to military chief as Deng and Jiang before him. ..."
but all news sources say Xi Jinping is (as of today) leader of China and their military?? Which is correct?
