Resolved Question: Life after J.D Salinger?
J. D. Salinger
I have finished everything Salinger has ever published.....including every story that he ever wrote for magazines and journals in the 1940s and 50s. I also wrote a 25 page thesis on his work and I love it all more than anything else I have ever read. Where do I go from here? What to read next? Obviously nothing will ever be as good as Salinger, but is there anything similar? Thank you!!

Resolved Question: J.D. Salinger died
Does any one in today's society remember his great works? Is his death as relevant today as it should be? Any serious comments about this are greatly appreciated. Actually I love J.D. Salinger and when I heard he died it was heartbreaking. I came to work expecting other people to care but it seems that know one I know even remembers him. I was disappointed to say the least. I was wondering if this is a trend in the rest of the country or is it just isolated to the city I live in.
