Open Question: J.G Ballard- The Drowned
I can’t find specific quotes, but can anyone help me out? I’m looking for quotes that suggest Dr Kerans prefers the current state of the world as opposed to what it was before. Quotes about nature retaking the world being better. Anything about utopia. About dystopia only being that if you make it, (Kerans tried to enjoy the new state of the world). There aren’t many resources online for this book and I can’t pinpoint quotes. Thank you!!

Any biographical information I have read about him, only mentions that he enrolled to read English literature at Queen Mary, and that he then "was asked to leave" after a year, but I cannot find information on what was the reason for this...can anyone link me to more information? Thank you!
