I am doing a presentation about Canadian Figures and I know that he was a PM of Canada, he improved Canadian economy and eliminated deficit, he also kept Canada unit during the 1995 Quebec Referendum but do these even count as impacts? And can someone please tell me what impacts did he made on Canadian culture/history? Thanks a lot!

What did Jean Chretien (former prime minsiter) of Canada have to deal with while in office...im talking about some of his lowlights/disadvantages. I already have that he was unsuccessful on fulfilling his promise regarding the removal of the GST...anything else??
