Resolved Question: Who is the wealthiest,
Any policy decisions made by these CCP elites are to translate into billions of wealth into their private account, who has so far made the most number of "wealthy" decisions for themselves? @Watt
CCP's Chairmen hard to be called "poor", their corruption technique is much more sophiscated than the rest greedy CCP. It's stupid nowadays to grab piles of cash or luxury that can be seen and caught easily. Instead, they'd demand shares of the company concerned or getting their kids/close family members to in charge of the company. Many bribes are paid out in a foreign country where it's impossible to discover.
