Resolved Question: In the film East is East,
Okay, I'm English and I had just watched east is east, I'm just wondering, why did they make all the Pakistanis Indian? I remember the scene when George was meeting the Shah guy for the first time, all the 'Pakistanis' looked exaclty like Indians. I mean, they had really dark skin, and flat noses. The only 'Pakistani' looking guy in the entire film for me was the imam man, otherwise, they all looked Indian. Jimi Mistry does look Pakistani, but not a mixed Pakistani though, he looks like a pure Pakistani. Also, why were the children all brown when they are mixed race? Indian mixed marriages end up with brown kids I know, but every Pakistani mixed people I have seen have really light skin, just dark hair and eyes. Pure Pakistanis in general have really light skin, they look more like arabs or Perisans or turks than Indians.
I have a lot of interest in the sub-continent and I'm one of those 'few' who can tell the difference between Indians and Pakistanis, and I have to saw that though East is east held a Pakistani mentality, and attidude, it did not hold physical characteristics to what a Pakistani is.
Also, why does the western media always sterotype Pakistanis as Indians? Look at Diana for example, they made Hasnat khan a Tamil guy, when he's actually Pashtun, why? There is a massive difference between pashtuns and Tamils. @w
Dude, do you have any knowledge of the subcontinent? You're just another ignorant rat who thinks Pakistanis are Indian. Pakistanis are a combination of Persians, arabs, turks, afghans and greeks. Indians are a combination of mongols and Australoids. Can you tell me how these guys are related at all? Why the heck do you think Pakistanis are muslims? @El chico hermoso
Is it a crime to ditinguish between two nationalities who don't like to be associated with each other? So what if all europeans think that way, I can be different, anyway, you didn't even answer my question.

Resolved Question: How come Mixed Race South
Mixed Race or Half Caste South Asians or always considered more South Asian than their White Side. Such as with Zayn Malik or Jimi Mistry or Kabir Bedi. Why is this the case? Jay. Your everything I hate about Indians - And someone like you is the reason why so many worldwide hate Indians.
You personify all that in your little answer right there. Delusively Narcissistic, Egotistical on no real basis, Overly Inflated Self Worth about your background, Defensive & Arrogant. All just because you look like something presumably which you could find in an uncleaned toilet.
It's always the same old rubbish, that's what morons like you fail to understand. Giving overt praise to Punjab (Punjabi Indians are the worse when it comes to narcissism) when the world see's Punjab as a piece of garbage and you don't even notice what the people walking around in Jalandhar, Ludhiana look like.
So many are like you. It's a shame because there are a lot of decent Indians out there and one's like you denigrates all of them.
Before replying to what I said and taking another rather embittered, arrogant approach. Maybe unlike other nonce's such as you *yourself whom unfortunately are not uncommon among the Indian People - Take into account what I said.
