Resolved Question: What do you think the
Just in theory you understand because I've searched all over but couldn't find anything on his actual work out. Looking at him at that time, his arms looked to be a good 20+ inches, reminiscent of former strongman and arm wrestler Mangus Samuelsson in that they were huge, but not necessarily defined. Kane looked like he was good for a 100 kg curl, maybe more, having forearms that looked to be 17-18 inches to help him along with his huge upper arms. Huge shoulders also, capable of pressing out (with his very long arms mind you) a 260 lb Triple H virtually unassisted at the top with ease. He's stated himself that his best bench press was 525 lbs raw. As assisted and staged as pro wrestling is, there was no faulting his strength, even lifting the likes of The Big Show (billed at 500 lbs at the time) up in his arms, walking to the edge of the ring and dumping him over the top rope. So just what was it, what kind of work out was it that gave Kane the size and strength that he had? Sure, there's many work outs similar, many athletes who are similar in size and how they gained it, but Kane in real life, not just about his work out, seems to be a very private man, as do most WWE wrestlers. It'd be interesting to know because along with the likes of Goldberg and Brock Lesnar, Kane was an all-round athlete with strength almost on par with the aforementioned Magnus Samuelsson. Thoughts, theories and input would be much appreciated. Kane was a monster before his bicep tear.

Resolved Question: Who is more attractive?
We all know that neither group is very good, but one has to be better than the other.
On one side is people who train for muscle size, like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his younger days.
One side is people who train exclusively for strength and power, like Magnus Samuelsson.
So ladies, if you were the last woman on earth, and you had to decide between a World's Strongest Man man like Magnus and a body builder like Arnold, who would you choose?

Resolved Question: Did Magnus Samuelsson
Just wondering, as I watch WSM 2009. Magnus was my favorite, and I know he's got the "World's Strongest Arms/Grips/Biceps/Whatever". I also know the guy who currently has the largest biceps is super nasty looking and used steroids.

Resolved Question: Who would win in a
Mark Henry in the WWE or Magnus Samuelsson the european armwrestling champion
(i'm guessing people will be saying "duhh magnus" because of his technique but mark henry is the self-proclaimed worlds strongest man so there is competition between the two)
