Resolved Question: Does anyone know the
Hopefully you can help me out. There was a film, I think probably about 10-15 years ago. I believe either British or Austrailian...it did have an american release. It was about a guy who was stranded in the Indian desert. He formed a lasting weird relationship with a tiger. During the movie their bond was challenged by the introduction of a second tiger. A fascinating man and beast bonding movie.

  Resolved Question: French movie actors'
I am always amazed by the longevity of so many wonderful French actors and actresses. It is truly incredible . Danielle Darrieux made her first film more than 80 years ago and she is still quite active.I loved her performance in Eight Women.. She is now close to 94. Not only the ladies. The great Michel Piccoli is a young 85 and should be good for another 20 or so pix to complete his first 200. Then you have a couple of young guys who have been around forever. I think of Jean Louis Trintignant now 80 and the marvelous MIchel Lonsdale, about the same age. Sometimes English - sometimes French. Makes no difference. A favorite of the late Francois Truffaut. Lonsdale is now 80. I so admired his performance in the made for tv series, Smiley's People with Alec Guiness.. Of course the little baby of that crowd is certainly Catherine Deneuve, but she is only 68. I hope and pray they all keep making first rate pictures for another 80 years. What is the secret? Is it the remarkable French wine? (Or maybe the onion soup)_ xxxxxx Thank you for very good answers

  Resolved Question: French movie actors'
I am quite astonished by the the incredible longevity of quite a number of French movie actors and actresses. The wonderful fact is that in spite of years and years of making hundreds of films, they are still wondering us with such auspicious talent. Just think about Danielle Darrieux. Made her first picture in 1930. Soon will be 94 years young and going very strong. Or Michel Piccoli, hard to believe that he is almost 85. How many films has he made? I think they have lost track. What about Jean Louis Trntignant, now about 80. The one and only Catherine Deneuve is a mere baby at 68. One of my all time favorites is Michel Lonsdale. A true youngster at 80. .What has to amaze anyone is that they all are still churning out picture after picture. Some great. Some not so hot. I think about this situation and the cause. I suppose it is just necessary to be totally accustomed to the great French wines. (Or is it the onion soup?)
