Resolved Question: Russia Vs. Georgia! Help
I'm doing a debate in my law class and I am on Russia's side. I don't have time to explain the full conflict between them, so if you already know something about this then it would be VERY helpful if you provided websites/books/magazines/ articles/ or your own knowledge.
I know that the Georgian President is sort of rash and volatile. Is there any past invasions, or instances in which Georgia was in the wrong to invade... ?
BASICALLY I NEED points proving that
A) Russa was not in the wrong to engage in conflict with Georgia
B) Is there an International Law violation?
I'm arguing the perspective of Russia. So please help :)
