Resolved Question: What movies did you watch
And what did you think of them? I watched... A short film about love: I loved it so much Akira.... great movie Manhatten.... not an Allen fan, found it to be boring Hedwig and the angry inch.... fantastic fun movie! The Killing Fields... incredible Waitress... lovely and more than pleasant The Messenger.... sometimes harrowing, but overall excellent Autumn Sonanta.... okay by Berghams standards Black Cat White Cat..... quirky! Paradise Now.... flawed, but still riveting Blue Valentine.... It felt kind of generic at times and a bit boring, but overall pretty good The Thing... disappointing Please don't go to too much trouble for comments on movies (: BQ: What's the best movie I watched in your opinion? BQ2: Happy birthday to the following people. Favourite movie involving... ...John Travolta? ....John Hughes? ...Molly Ringwald? ...Milos Forman?

Resolved Question: Are there any directors
Milos Forman, for me. I've only seen four of his films (One Flew, Amadeus, People vs. Larry Flynt, and Man on The Moon), but they're all tour de force films, in my opinion. I absolutely love the fact that he can take a subject that is completely boring and irrelevant to me, such as the life of Mozart, and make it into a hilarious, and beautiful film. I'll also say Woody Harrelson and Jim Carrey gave their best performances under his direction. Not sure how the Academy didn't recognize Carrey..
