Resolved Question: Easyish duet for Soprano
Me and my friend want to do a duet with piano at a lunchtime concert at the University. We're both first study singers so of a grade 8+ standard but he (a tenor) isn't too comfortable above a top f and I (a soprano) have the a normal sop range but with an extended low range below middle c. We need something we can pull off and that is pleasant to listen to eg. Schubert Any suggestions welcome :) Thanks I keep posting this question under different categories and keep getting lists with suggestions of pop/musicals/ballads that would require a backing orchestra or band or something. I think it's pretty obvious that when I mention Grade 8 singing, piano and Schubert I'm looking for typical classical repertoire... :/
