Resolved Question: Pauline Quirke - Lighter
I saw her on that she'd lost 7 stones in weight in just over six months on the lighter life diet. I'm really pleased for her and want to believe it, but I just can't. That's an awful lot of weight for anyone to loose in the time - especially someone aged over 50. I know I was on that, or something very similar and although I stuck to it completely, I actually put weight ON!
Is it really possible for someone who'se been quite plump most of their lives to loose weight like that? and if so, how come it didn't work for me?
