  Resolved Question: Has anyone ever climbed
I'm in a biology class called life at the extremes. Anyways in class we were discussing partial air pressures and what not, and Everest came up. We were told it was impossible to summit Everest without supplemental oxygen. I am pretty into adventure type stuff and I seem to recall that people have made it to the summit without supplemental oxygen? Is this true? If so how is it possible when the oxygen pressure is 50 mm Mg?
