We are desperately trying to figure out how to divide our time well so we can see as much as possible. How many days in total do you think we will need exploring along the icefields parkway and how many exploring vancouver and vancouver island. Rough itinerary so far: Arrive Calgary 20th April @ 1.30.... Depart Vancover @ 2.05 In Alberta we are basing ourselves @ Canmore Day 1. Arrive calgary! 2.30 calgary tower and glenbow museum walk around calgary! drive to canmore in evening Day 2. Banff National Park, explore? Back to canmore for evening Day 3. Lake Louise + Moraine Lake Day 4. Jasper National Park (should we stay the night or drive back to canmore) Day 5. Jasper NP. Canmore in evening Day 6. Drive Canmore - Kelowna (any unmissable sights along the way?) Kelowna overnight stay Day 7. Day exploring Kelowna (any must sees?) Day 8. Drive from Kelowna - Vancouver afternoon Day 9 and 10. Explore vancouver (any must sees or dos?) Day 11. Vancouver - Victoria..explore victoria Day 12,13,and 14. Vancover Island. Northern BC (Terrace, Smithers, Nisga, Queen Charlottes, Atlin, Peace River etc) Cariboo/Chilcotin Area (Quesnel, Wells Gray, Nimpo Lake, Lac La hache etc) South Eastern Area (Cranbrook, Trail, Rossland, Banff etc.) Central Southern Part (Penticton, Kamloops, Merritt, Jasper, Valemount etc.) Also, what would you recommend the most for a) hiking trails b) wildlife viewing and photography c) scenery.
