Resolved Question: Is Queen Elizabeth the
I found the Queen's wikipedia page and kept tracing back through the male line of her ancestry. This reaches back only until Oberto I Obizzo (also Otbert) (died 15 October 975) Very little is known about his father, Margrave Adalbert, other than his name and title. I have had to shorten this post at this point ... Richbald seems to be the furthest back it is possible to trace here. It seems he had one son, Bonifacio I d'Este (730 - 785). Is it possible to trace back further still? According to this information: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~greenefamily/greene/pafg702.htm#27909 Richbald d'Este 1 was born 2 about 700 in France. He was married 3 about 729. I am aware that there are possibly some unreliable sources, but has anyone got any further back than Richbald?

Resolved Question: How did Aguinaldo become
Just because his secret organization KKK decided he should be president doesn't nessesarily win approval from the masses without winning independence 1st. In just about any historical war campaign Indepence or conquest must be won first before proclaiming victory and preciding over the land with the masses' cheers dedicated to the victory. I've never heard of a commonwealth having a president. Does guam or Puerto Rico have a president? Provincial Governor yes. Having captured cavite does not win independence for the entire territory of Las Islas de Felipinas just because Aguinaldo (Japanese Collaborator/Yellow Tail/Turn Coat) and his fellow cavitenians declared it to be so, there were no treaties or surrender signed by Spain. In the U.S. after the British complete defeat by the colonies, it took years of debate to draft a system of government and elect a president 13 years after U.S. independence. Only the U.S and other formidable countries at the time of spanish american war had the fire power, technology (naval ships/battle group) and tactical know how to expel the spaniard. The only S/E asian country to expel two super Power was Vietnam 1st with France then the U.S next. Bonifacio captured the hearts of the masses in most provinces except cavite and to steal the thunder away from Bonifacio was to take Bonifacio out of the picture. Independence was never won on June 12th but granted on July 4th after WWII. Aguinaldo was a master conspirator and opportunist fueled with extreme egotistical arrogance promoting himself into a revered figure without really earning and accomplishing true independence no matter who gets in his way whether it be Antonio Luna or Andres Bonifacio.

  Resolved Question: Which European Adventure
My fiance and I are planning to take a trip to Europe next June after we both finish grad school. We are trying to decide between these two options. Which do you think we'll enjoy more? We like to experience a little bit of everything when we travel: outdoor scenery + activities (hiking, kayaking, beaches, etc.), historic places, museums + notable architecture (we're both designers), and wonderful food, drinks, and local culture. (note: we're hoping for about 4-5 weeks of travel time) Trip A: Spain, France, Switzerland, + Italy (round trip BCN) Barcelona French Riviera Provence Berner Oberland Lucerne Lake Como Cinque Terre Florence Volterra Rome Sardinia (via ferry from Rome) Bonifacio, Corsica (day trip via ferry from Sardinia) Barcelona (via ferry from Sardinia) Trip B: France, Germany, + Switzerland (round trip Paris) Paris Versailles Giverny Normandy Mont St. Michel Colmar Strasbourg Rhine River Valley Cruise (~4-7 days) Berner Oberland Lucerne Zumthor Baths (Vals) Zurich Paris As you can see, we know we want to go to Switzerland but we're stuck deciding on the rest. We've both been to Paris and Barcelona before but love each city and want to return to one of them. My fiance's been to Germany (Munich + Berlin) and Italy (Rome + Florence) but I haven't been to either. All the other places are new to us! Do you think one would be much more expensive than the other or would they be about the same? Will June weather be drastically different in Trip A vs. Trip B? Thanks in advance for your thoughts and opinions!

L'hôtel à Bonifacio a été très riche et avait un style Renaissance, il avait l'air vraiment cool parce que l'hôtel a été construit dans un ancien fort. in it supposed to say the following: The hotel in Ajaccio was very poor, it didn’t have a swimming pool or any included activities, it didn’t serve its own breakfast and dinner. The hotel in Corte was very medieval and cool, it had a very old-Franco style, although it hadn’t very much to offer it was a very beautiful place. The hotel is Calvi was very rich, it had so much to offer, it was filled with restaurants and activities and it was located right next to the beach. The hotel in Bonifacio was very rich and had a renaissance style, it looked really cool because the hotel was built in an old fort.
