Resolved Question: Creationists, how do you
You always say that the grand canyon was caused by noah's flood, but how do you explain ice erosion on mountains? Mountain ranges like the rockies and the himalayas are heavily eroded from ice as water slowly creeps into rocks and then freezes and breaks it apart, mountains like those have had tons of ice erosion. Also let's not forget sand erosion, such as the large arches made of rock (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/13/Delicate_Arch_LaSalle.jpg) which took millions of years of sand hitting it to carve out? This would take millions of years and there is clear evidence of it happening like little groves from the tons of sand in rocks, or clear rock splitting from ice. Another question.. if the flood caused the grand canyon then why aren't there more "grand canyons" just like that one? And why is there even larger canyons on mars? @Larry C, that area wasn't always a desert.. http://www.livescience.com/4180-sahara-desert-lush-populated.html ..the sphinx might have been a giant lion statue carved 10,000 years ago, but then the egyptians carved the head into a humans to make it a sphinx. If you look at it's head it's very tiny compared to the body. @mopar Mike, i already knew how the mountains were formed.. but how do you STILL explain the ice erosion? Also tectonic plate movements take millions of years too.

Resolved Question: How to get around in
I'm planning a vacation to Namibia, but I don't know how to get around to see all the sights. My destinations are the Fish River Canyon, Namib-Naukluft National Park, Skeleton Coast, and Etosha National Park, in that order-but this order is flexible if necessary. I thought about renting a car (finances are not an issue), but I will only be 18 by then and will not have had my driver's license for a year as the rental companies require. My traveling partner is younger than I and thus won't be any help there! I need transportation as soon as possible after my plane lands at Windhoek Hosea Kutako International Airport. Any provided information will be greatly appreciated!
