I can't remember much. It was on a few years back, on BBC so either part of a week long series or a film they showed. It was a disaster film, set in London, there were floods and yea it was just one of those huge disaster films. The tubes flooded and workers got left behind, there was one scene where a trapped man gave his wedding ring to someone to escape with. Any ideas on the name of this? Thanks!
