  Resolved Question: Do you consider Yao Ming
In the wake of former 1st pick Yao Ming retirement announcement I've had some interesting debates with people concerning whether they think he is a bust or not. Personally i don't believe so, i know injuries cut his career short but when he was on the court (which was a lot more then i think people give him credit for) he was a very talented player. The players I consider busts are the ones who actually got to play and PROVED that they CANT play at the level that is expected of them(i.e.: Harold Miner,Michael Olowokandi and Hasheem Thebeet) whereas Yao met his expectations. Thoughts?

His stats may not be hall of fame numbers but when you think of how much Yao has changed the NBA, maybe he does deserve a spot in the hall of fame. It's terrible to see him go like this, in my opinion, if Yao was healthy in today's NBA, there would be no one to guard him and he can easily average 30/10
